सेक्युरिटी प्रिन्ट्रिङ प्रेस काण्डमा मुछिएका सरकारका व्यक्तिहरूले राजीनामा दिनुपर्ने- कोइराला

नन्द लाल साह – फागुन १० गते । नेपाली कांग्रेसका केन्द्रीय सदस्य डा.शेखर कोइरालाले सेक्युरिटी प्रिन्ट्रिङ प्रेस खरिद काण्डमा मुछिएका सरकारका सवै उच्च ओहोदाका व्यक्तिहरूले राजीनामा दिनुपर्ने बताउनुभएको छ ।
उहाँले सूचना, सञ्चार तथा प्रविधि मन्त्री गोकुल बासकोटा अहिले देखिएका पहिलो व्यक्ति भएकोले यसमा संलग्न सरकारका अन्य उच्च ओहोदाका व्यक्तिहरूले पनि नैतिकताका आधारमा राजीनामा दिनुपर्ने बताउनुभयो ।
शनिबार नेपाल प्रेस युनियन बाँकेले नेपालगन्जमा आयोजना गरेको पत्रकार सम्मेलनमा बोल्दै केन्द्रीय सदस्य कोईरालाले भ्रष्टाचार काण्डमा सरकारले हस्तक्षेप गर्न नहुने बताउनुभएको छ ।
सरकारले भ्रष्टाचारका विभिन्न घट्नामा हस्ताक्षेप गरेको पाइएको हुँदा सरकारका ठुला मन्त्रीको घट्नामा हस्तक्षेप नहोला भन्न नसकिने उहाँको भनाई छ । अनुसन्धानलाई निष्पक्ष बनाउनुपर्छ, केन्द्रीय सदस्य कोईरालाले भन्नुभयो, जसरी ललिता निवास जग्गा प्रकरणमा सरकारको हस्ताक्षेप देखियो’ ।
नीतिगत कुरा भन्दै पूर्व प्रधानमन्त्री ज्यूहरूलाई छुट दिने, कसैले जग्गा फिर्ता गर्छ भन्दैमा उसलाई छुट दिने कुरामा अख्तियार र सरकारबीच मिलोमतो देखियो त्यो हुन भएन भन्दै उहाँले अख्तियारको दोहोरो मापदण्ड नेपाली कांग्रेसलाई स्वीकार्य नहुने बताउनुभयो ।
अर्को प्रसङमा उहाँले देश गम्भीर स्थितिमा गईरहेको बताउनुभएको छ । नियन्त्रित प्रजातन्त्र अर्थात नियन्त्रित लोकतन्त्रको दिशामा देश अघि बढिरहेको, शुसाशन पटक्कै नभएको र भ्रष्टाचारका बिषयमा मिडिया जगतलाई सबै जानकारी नै रहेको भन्दै कोइरालाले यी सबै कुराले देशमा सरकारनै नभएको अनुभूति भएको टिप्पणी गर्नुभयो ।
